ElephantSQL marked as discontinued (shut down Jan 27, 2025)

CockroachDB free tier retired in late 2024

Added Neon (PostgreSQL), Turso (edge SQLite), and Cloudflare D1 (SQLite)

Updated Supabase transfer limit to 5 GB/month
