It uses information that pkgutil command of the OS provides.

Features:

• List installed packages
• Search packages by id
• List all files and folders a package installed
• Can fully uninstall packages, by deleting all files and empty folders (but preserves symlinks)
• Batch mode to uninstall all matched packages
• Can forget already removed, but registered packages

Use at your own risk!
Though for me it is very handy and worked a 100 times, it is easy to damage your system if you uninstall packages which have important files.
