Clear watchman, react, node_modules, npm, yarn, & CocoaPods cache and then re-install node_modules & pods.

watchman watch-del-all && rm -rf $TMPDIR/react-* && rm -rf node_modules/ && npm cache verify && yarn cache clean && rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/CocoaPods && rm -rf ios/Pods && rm -rf ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/* && yarn install && cd ios && pod install && cd .. && yarn start --reset-cache
