I'm interested in getting a primer on Reinforcement Learning from experts and researchers 
because I'm aware that the field is nascent and learning on my own about it has been 
theoretically easy but practically difficult. 

I'm interested in applying reinforcement learning to heavy industry to optimize 
techniques used in geology for mining exploration. The benefit is immense because new 
data science techniques can limit the environmental disruption that exploration causes 
due to the low accuracy of geologists at intuiting where high-yield ore deposits lay 
underground.
