Just a tip: You don't need to put the whole list into your client. Use 3 trackers with a good number of Seeds/Peers and you're good to go.
It seems to me that udp://tracker.ccc.de:80/announce and udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce have both been dead for a while. Can anybody confirm?
@voltagex udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce is definitely up. It seems to tend to have the most seeds, too.
