As TUMs IT Management, we deffinitvely need a reference that is public.
This gist solves this need.

If the colors are bad, CCC should not use them or update the colors.
The colors come from webcomunications themselves:

Based on this gist, I created a custom color palette for LibreOffice because I use the TUM colors very often in my presentations and documents.
