But I had the opportunity to improve an obsolete system that had invested a lot of money, and no stakeholders wanted to use, the legacy that it was untouchable (vendor PHP) it had been preferred by them. In the end, the new product was so much better, the Theory of Restriction shows well why they hated the new platform. They build the new product without asking, questioning, or inviting stakeholders. So they resolved the main problems, but without having the basic features, and I made part of that product. Interviewing the stakeholders I proposed a deal of asking the main features desired, and resolved one by one and presented how new feature it was much better then the legacy flow and the best, faster. AI tooling helped me generate component variants, scaffold tests, and refactor legacy code faster reducing code complexity by roughly 40% and accelerating delivery of new features through reusable component design. | -> Shadcn/Tailwind, GQL and React at this order. The structural part is a lot in the frontend, so the tailwind capability of just continuing and reusing some other projects helps a lot. And lastly, because it is obvious, but could the best tool for the frontend until today. |
