Recommended Paper Anti-Xray settings by stonar96

General

Anti-Xray can be configured per world in the paper.yml configuration file. To understand how per world configuration works please read this first. Note that after changing any settings for Anti-Xray you have to restart your server. Executing the /reload command (you should never do this) won't apply the settings to worlds that are already loaded.

Phoenix 1.3.x to 1.4.0 Upgrade Guides

Phoenix 1.4 ships with exciting new features, most notably with HTTP2 support, improved development experience with faster compile times, new error pages, and local SSL certificate generation. Additionally, our channel layer internals receiveced an overhaul, provided better structure and extensibility. We also shipped a new and improved Presence javascript API, as well as Elixir formatter integration for our routing and test DSLs.

This release requires few user-facing changes and should be a fast upgrade for those on Phoenix 1.3.x.

Install the new phx.new project generator

The mix phx.new archive can now be installed via hex, for a simpler, versioned installation experience.

To grab the new archive, simply run:

Muh Switch Keys

So you want to decrypt switch content ? Well, the good news is that all the tools required to do that are written up! The great news is, since this is crypto we're talking about, you'll have to find the keys. Yourself. Like it's easter.

So here you can find a template of the $HOME/.switch/prod.keys file that hactool uses to decrypt content. It contains all the SHA256 and location of the keys and seeds, so you can find them yourselves.

Note that all the seeds (the keys that end with _source) are used along with the master_key_## to derive an actual key. If you have somehow obtained the key without the seed, you can rename xxx_source to xxx_## (where ## is the master key number) and put your key there.

How the heck do I obtain dem keys ?

The Complete Guide to Nested Forms in Phoenix

I recently spent some time dealing with nested forms in Phoenix. Nested forms are great when you want to create multiple database records in a single transaction and associate them with each other. I am new to Phoenix and really struggled to find any resources that helped me with my specific problem. I decided to document what I learned in the process in hopes of helping others that are new to Elixir and Phoenix.

Here is my attempt at a one stop shop to learn everything you will need to know about nested forms. If you would like to view the GitHub repo you can check it out here.

Thanks to Heartbeat and Jose for excellent blog posts on nested forms. Also shoutout to Josh for showing me some examples at Ruby
