i currently have WHMCS 8.1.3 installed, owned license. It doesn't receive any further updates unless i buy a plan from whmcs.com

I want to upgrade to v 8.13 in order to benefit from PHP 8.3, is it possible to do a manual update using your License.php file?

and I tried to changed the key..

I feel when I access the admin , it is very slow and feel stuck , not smooth
