Quantum Atlas Privacy Policy

Quantum Atlas Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Quantum Atlas app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Eli Perelman ("Service Provider") and offered as a Freemium service. The Application is provided "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect personal information, usage analytics, device telemetry, or location data of any kind. It does not require an account. It does not ask for, or transmit, your name, email, IP address, contacts, or any other personally identifying data.

The Application stores a small entitlement record on your device using the operating system's standard local storage, so your purchased content stays available offline. This record never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the Application.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Application does not contact you with notifications, email, or marketing messages.

In-App Purchases

The Application offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional content. Purchase verification is handled by Apple's App Store and by RevenueCat, who acts as the Service Provider's purchase-management vendor. RevenueCat receives an anonymous purchase identifier from Apple and uses it solely to verify that a purchase is valid and to restore purchases across the user's own devices. No personal information is shared with RevenueCat by the Application. RevenueCat's own privacy practices are described at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple's Family Sharing is supported: when enabled by the purchaser, the unlock is honored for members of the same Apple Family Group, with Family Sharing handled entirely by Apple.

Third-Party Services

The only runtime third-party service used by the Application is RevenueCat, described above.

Opt-Out Rights

You may stop all use of the Application — and remove the local entitlement record — by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process on your device.

Children

The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since the Application does not collect personal information from anyone, this baseline applies to all users.

Security

Because the Application stores only a small local entitlement record on your device and transmits no personal information of its own, the surface for data risk is minimal. Purchase-receipt traffic is secured end-to-end by Apple and RevenueCat.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes; continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-05-23.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the practices set forth in this Privacy Policy.
