In seven of the cities, I am giving one lecture. These lectures may only occur on Monday through Thursday evenings.

Weekends can be ignored.

In one of the cities, I must give five lectures, one on each consecutive day, Monday through Friday. This city is Nürburgring. The lectures in Nürburgring must take place on 31 March - 4 April, inclusive.

I have already determined the order in which the eight cities are most optimally traversed.

I can traverse the cities from east to west or from west to east.

Here is the east to west traversal list.

Due to my "at most three weeks in Germany" constraint, I can visit the seven cities in the two weeks before the week of 31 March - 4 April, or the two weeks after the week of 31 March - 4 April.
