  • Select foods that are
    • low viscosity and
      • Pectin
      • Inulin
      • Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum (PHGG)
      • Oats
      • Acacia Fiber
    • naturally high in digestive enzymes
      • Sprouted lentils
      • Mung bean sprouts
      • Apples
      • Chia sprouts
      • Flax seed sprouts
      • Pumpkin seed sprouts
  • If you have lot of gas formation with fiber, start with insoluble fiber instead
    • Lentils
    • Quinoa
    • Turnips
    • Flax
    • Chia
  • If you have gastroparesis and cannot tolerate fiber at all
    • Start with Short Chain Fatty Acids instead
