- If you have lot of gas formation with fiber, start with insoluble fiber instead
- Lentils
- Quinoa
- Turnips
- Flax
- Chia
- If you have gastroparesis and cannot tolerate fiber at all
- Start with Short Chain Fatty Acids instead
