Phone Us Terms of Service

Welcome to Phone Us. By registering and using our service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

For the purpose of these Terms:

  • "Customer", "you", "your": Refers to the individual or entity registering to use the service.
  • "Service": Refers to the software platform provided by the Company, including features for call center functionality, SMS messaging, dashboards, and APIs.
  • "Content": Any information, messages, or data transmitted or stored using the Service.
  • "Recipient": An end-user or third party who receives communications (calls or SMS) via the Service.
  1. Scope of Service

The Service allows customers to:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls through a browser-based or integrated call center interface.
  • Send and receive SMS messages in bulk or individually.
  • View analytics, call logs, and message logs.
  • Integrate with third-party systems (e.g., CRMs, APIs) for automation and synchronization.

Service Limitations:

  • We provide the technical infrastructure only. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service, including message content, recipient permissions, and compliance with laws.
  • The Service is not intended for emergency or life-critical communications.
  1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.

You may use the Service to send marketing or other unsolicited messages provided that:

  • You have the legal right to contact the recipient (e.g., prior business relationship or permissible under local law).
