🥑✨ avalonstar.com is turning 25!

As many of you know, avalonstar.com is turning 25 years old this year! Beginning on September 28th, 2025 we are planning a week/month-long subathon to celebrate. There'll be some awesome events with guests from Bryan's past, as well as everything you've come to expect from Avalonstar over the last 11 years on Twitch!

All gift subs and new subs after Ava's birthday on September 23rd will add to the goal for incentives. All subs are cumulative over the course of the subathon. This means that you don’t have to gift all the subs right away to gain one of the special rewards (ie: If you gift 50 subs, you will also get the 5 to 25 rewards). All rewards are subject to change and modified depending on how the month goes!

✨ Rewards for Gifters

  • 🎁 5 subs: Bryan will do a 30 second drawing at your request. (SFW)
  • 🎁 10 subs: Bryan will try a weird drink combination of your choice.
    • This will be done on a separate "weird drink night" stream, or maybe two, depending on Bryan's stomach.
  • 🎁 15 subs: Bryan will do a 5 minute drawing at your request. (SFW)
  • 🎁 25 subs: Bryan will do an iPad sketch for you. (SFW)
  • 🎁 30 subs: Bryan will spin a Mini Daishouwheel full of short games to play during the subathon. (Moral: I uh... spun the wheel and it took off one game—oops.)
  • 🎁 50 subs: Heather will send you one random pin from our former pin club
    • This will require you to share your address with her. If you are not comfortable with that please let us know.
  • 🎁 75 subs: TBD!?
  • 🎁 100 subs (over the course of the subathon): Heather will send you a Avalonstar themed gift package filled with stickers, magnets and a avalonSTAR pin. As well as a thank you card.

✨ Sub Goals

🔁 Ongoing Subathon Incentive

Change the race of Bryan's character in Final Fantasy XIV.

  • 1 gift or 1 new sub = 1 vote
  • If you gift multiple subs each one goes towards a vote (ie: 5 gifts = 5 votes).
  • If Elsydeon is changed, Bryan reserves the right to switch back temporarily to do MSQ content with Jen.

⬆️ Cumulative Subathon Incentives

  • 25 subs: The reveal of a new "Anniversary Edition" Ava!
  • 50 subs: Bryan plays Pineapple on Pizza (It's 10-15min and free on Steam.)
  • 75 subs: New standard emotes featuring Ava’s new design using suggestions you made in the Discord thread!
  • 100 subs: New animated emotes featuring Ava’s new design using suggestions you made in the Discord thread!
    • These will take Aivy substantially more time to finish so they will come in as the celebration rolls on.
  • 125 subs: Bryan begins a Solo Run of Guild Wars 2.
  • 150 subs: Bryan plays UFO 50. :bardHop:
  • 175 subs: Bryan plays Cursed Halo 1 (with Will).
  • 200 subs: **Jackbox Collection Party **with the community!
  • 225 subs: Bryan plays [Lands of Lore: The Throne of Chaos](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lands_of_Lore:_The_Throne_of_Chaos). (UNFINISHED BUSINESS.)
    • This is a game that scared Bryan off of dungeon crawlers in general in his youth.
  • 250 subs: Bryan replays to Mighty No. 9 (not to be confused with CR’s Mighty Nein)
  • 275 subs: Hollow Knight Randomizer!
  • 300 subs: Hollow Knight Archipelago with Spoonee! https://archipelago.gg/tutorial/Hollow%20Knight/setup_en https://archipelago.gg/games/Hollow%20Knight/player-options
  • 325 subs: Bryan Returns to Kaizo IronMON runs.
  • 350 subs: Workshop streams! (When Bryan’s house is officially done being renovated, of course.)
  • 375 subs: Bryan plays GRIME.
    • We could be persuaded to add a incentive that he has to beat the super boss.
    • How many subs do YOU (chat) think it's worth?
  • 400 subs: Bryan races his white self, aka Tom (Pldknight), in Minecraft to see who can dig down the fastest.
  • 425 subs: Bryan plays REPO with the community.
  • 450 subs: Bryan plays Puzzle Agent.
  • 475 subs: Bryan subjects himself to the Dark Souls 2 Randomizer.
  • 500 subs: Bryan does 100 DDR Songs (like old times!)
    • Don’t worry Bryan will take breaks between songs. This will be over the course of hours, maybe days within the subathon. It might go over. It probably will. This is Bryan's excuse to get back in shape, and will be scheduled after he's moved back into his office.
  • 525 subs: Bryan returns to Sekiro. (UNFINISHED BUSINESS: We will have our revenge Owl!)
  • 550 subs: Bryan brings back the Chicken Nuggets falling on stream for gift subs! (Subathon Edition)
  • 575 subs: Bryan plays Date Everything!
  • 600 subs: **Bizhawk Shuffler - Bryan Edition **(Gift subs can add games to the shuffler.)
  • 625 subs: TBD if we get this far. @_@
  • 650 subs: TBD if we get this far. @_@
  • 675 subs: TBD if we get this far. @_@
  • 700 subs: Rondo of Octobervania — We redo Octobervania, and I don’t get to skip Rondo this time!
  • 725 subs: TBD if we get this far. @_@
  • 750 subs: Bryan plays Xenoblade Chronicles X. (And Bryan cannot turn the background music off.)
  • 777 subs: Bryan derusts his Speedrunning skills and gets a new PB.
  • 1000 subs: Bryan DMs a Final Fantasy One-Shot.
