Solution

    1. Download CrashLanding

    1. (Optional) add optifine

    1. Create a new CrashLanding instance in your launcher
    1. Update Forge to version: 9.11.1.1345
    1. Add this to your java arguments
-Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true
