To solve the Cursor connection problem, you can try changing the HTTP protocol setting in the Cursor settings.

File > Preferences > Cursor Settings > Network > change HTTP to 1.1

If there are still issues, try using DNS change or VPNs.
Since I know many Persian IT guys are habituated to search in English, I reposted this in English.
