 My fellow citizens of the world,

That leadership is not a privilege, but a calling. And that the strength of a nation is measured not only by its might, but by its willingness to reach out its hand.

 From this day forward, every Congress—every legislative body of every nation—shall meet in the Washington DC of their own homeland. These capitals will serve as sanctuaries of dialogue, places where the work of governance is carried out with clarity, humility, and purpose.

 But we go further.

 To every new incoming Congress, I say this: your first duty is not only to your nation, but to the world we share. You will travel—together, as one body—to every other nation’s DC. You will sit with their leaders, walk their halls, and look into the eyes of those who share your burdens and your hopes. You will make peace not as strangers, but as partners.

 And you will not travel alone.

 You will fly with your Commander in Chief—your nation’s symbol of unity, your steward of peace, your guardian of the covenant between people and purpose. Together, you will carry the message that no nation stands isolated, no people stand forgotten, and no conflict is beyond the reach of reconciliation.
