Notes on sms forwarding with huawei E8372h-320 on debian bullseye raspberry pi OS

Setup SMS forwarding with gammu on debian bullseye on a rasp pi B+ with the HUAWEI E8372h-320 (2020 model)

First and foremost we need to get the huawei into the correct mode. Unfortunately, usb modeswitch did not do this out-of-the-box for me.

Ensuring that the huawei stick does not switch into an incompatible mode automatically

Blacklist cdc_ether by creating a file /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-huawei-cdc-usb-net.conf with the following contents:

blacklist cdc_ether

Waifu Diffusion 1.4 Overview

An image generated at resolution 512x512 then upscaled to 1024x1024 with Waifu Diffusion 1.3 Epoch 7.

Goals

  • Improving image generation at different aspect ratios using conditional masking during training. This will allow for the entire image to be seen during training instead of center cropped images, which will allow for better results when generating full body images, portraits, and improving the composition.
  • Expanded the input context from 77 tokens to 231 tokens or perhaps to an unlimited amount of tokens. Out of 77 tokens for input, only 75 are useable. This does not give nearly enough room for complex prompting that requires a lot of detail.

k3s in LXC on Proxmox

On the host

Ensure these modules are loaded

cat /proc/sys/net/bridge/bridge-nf-call-iptables

Disable swap

sysctl vm.swappiness=0
swapoff -a

The banana pi m1 works with the cheap ~$15 chinese 5 port sata multipliers.

Warning: The multipliers will get really hot and unreliable under load or if more than three drives are attached. Definitely put at least a heatsink on it.

With the official bananian distro it appears to work out of the box but it unfortunately only works with one drive at a time.

To get it working with multiple drives you need to enable the sunxi pmp support. The reason this is not enabled per default is that when it is enabled you will be unable to use the sata port without a port multiplier.

The kernel in the official bananian distro does not have sunxi pmp support compiled into it and the kernel is too old anyway.

A2DP audio streaming using Raspberry PI (Raspbian Jessie)

What is this all about?

This tutorial will turn your Raspberry PI into a simple Bluetooth audio receiver, which plays music through connected speakers. It's like a regular car audio system, but it can be used anywhere and it's a good value.
