Raw Cookie Dough Recipe

120 g butter
120 g brown sugar
100 g sugar
50 mL milk
200 g wheat flour
5 g vanilla sugar
5 g salt
(150 g chocolate)

Add all ingredients except for the chocolate to a bowl, and mix until homogenous.
If chocolate is to be added, add it now, and mix until homogenous again.
The cookie dough can now be consumed, but letting it rest in the refrigerator overnight,
or at least for an hour is recommended, as it brings out the proper taste.
Raw cookie dough can allegedly be frozen for up to 3 months of storage (not tested).
Otherwise, assume it lasts as long as the most perishable of the ingredients.
