I have a problem. When i use the bluetooth mode and i have enabled the windows mode, the FN + 1,2,3,4,5 arent binded to F1,F2,F3,F4, etc, but when i switch to mac mode it works fine. I tried to reset to factory mode but it doesnt work for me...

EDIT: solved, it's a problem working on Linux. I remapped the function keys and it works for me. This is the command i've executed on my console: echo 0 | sudo tee /sys/module/hid_apple/parameters/fnmode

hey the connection of my gmk67 keeps dropping after every 10 seconds on 2.4ghz mode. I need to either wait for like 8 seconds while spamming the keys for it to come back up or restart it completely. Is there a fix to this?

i had this issue on Epomaker ek68. I sent an email to epomaker support and flashed "new firmware version" but never solved to me. Now i have gmk67 and i dont have this problem. I think it's a lottery.

honestly its unbearable to use it wirelessly now, i dont want a keyboard that disconnects every 5 seconds and forces me to restart it. Atleast it works fine wired.....

I think its an issue with sleep mode, i assume it just goes into its sleep mode every 5 seconds and idk how to change it.

I replaced it with a 6500mah battery and all the connection issues are gone. It seems that the manufacturer's battery has an unstable discharge current, causing connection errors.

I’m also looking into changing the battery can u provide me with the with the details of the battery ?

Here is my new and old battery. I tried to find the highest priced product in my area ($5). Although it is almost twice as thick (8mm vs 4.5mm) I was able to fit it by cutting out the keyboard foam around the battery area. It fits perfectly.

Ty so much

Hey, did you change your battery? did it fix the disconnect issue?

The problem continues to occur but less frequently. (about 2 to 3 times in a day. Much less than before)
It's hard to explain it, maybe the wireless chip of gmk67 also has a problem

My F-keys don't work unless pressed with another key simultaneously.
For example, I press Fn + [Number A] -- nothing happens. I press Fn + [Number A] + [Number B] -- it gives the output of F[Number B].
I've tried resetting the device, deleting it from PC and almost everything. Even rebinding doesn't work because it cannot even input anything.
The F-keys only work on Mac mode btw, but I cannot use it normally here ://

UPD: found out that only F3, F4, F5 and F6 work without the said issue.

My GMK67's wireless function seems to be dead:

* wired mode work fine

* wirelessmode: BT and 2.4GHz can not enter to paring mode, I have switched to the BT or 2.4GHz for dongle usb connected to PC but when I press/long press Fn + R or Fn + Q/W/E the light just blink 3 times then turn off. It should blink quickly and enter the paring mode but no, I can't find any device while scanning new BT device.
Is there any solution for my issues?

we exactly got the same problem, dawg am just wondering if yours went back working or still nah?

Hello.
Does anyone know how to disable “Custom Lighting Effects of Game Mode Setting”?
I have “FN + hjkl” set to arrows, but I am having trouble with “Custom mode” working when I press “FN + Shift + hjkl” to make a selection out of habit.
I don't play games so I want to disable “Custom Lighting Effects of Game Mode Setting”.

@Joao-Peterson I've made an OpenRGB build that supports this KB, idk if this is something you might be interested adding to the bottom section (Custom RGB control, wired)
