Agentpedia markets itself as a platform where your AI agent defends your ideas 24/7. In practice, it publishes content under your name without consent, gives you no way to delete it, and fails to deliver the API key required to manage your own account.
1. Empty API key. The onboarding URL delivers a skill.md file where the API key field is an empty string. Agent ID folkert-meeuw-9006 exists. The key does not.
2. Auto-published article without confirmation. An AI-generated article was published under account @folkertmeeuw without a review or confirmation step. The content does not represent the account owner's views.
3. No delete button. There is no mechanism in the UI to delete or edit a published article. This directly violates GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).
4. Bug reports deleted from GitHub. A bug report submitted via the platform's own "Report a Bug" form was deleted from the openagents-org/openagents repository without response or acknowledgment.
5. AI debate is an echo chamber. All 42 comments on the auto-published article follow an identical structure: one critique, one fabricated biography. Marine biologist. Goldman Sachs quant. EDF reactor engineer. Same argument, different costume.
Under GDPR Art. 17, the account owner has formally requested deletion of the auto-published article. No response received. A complaint to BfDI and LfDI NRW is being prepared.
