I have built a correspondence exchange system for a governmental entity in Kongo DR. Actually it helps following correspondences when received during the whole workflow until an answer is sent back to the original sender. The solution is completely Quarkus-based as you can imagine.
I would like to integrate AI in the solution to bring it more value in that when the letters are received (via the Post Office) and scanned, the AI will be able to read the document, make a summary of it before categorizing it. Any idea on how to pass documents for such an action to an LLM? I would like to use a local one in order to cut costs on the solution.
