1. Press Win+S
2. Type PowerShell
3. Right click on PowerShell
4. Run as administrator

2. Update Install-Module PSReadLine

1. Copy Install-Module -Force PSReadLine to launched PowerShell window
2. Press Enter
3. Select 'Y' to answer the question
