#The Koinify Way
We measure ourself in how many years we accelerate humanity's progress. We become a great company in history, not memorized as in how great of a wealth sucking machine we have become, but in how much more efficiency and innovation we brought to the world that would not happen without us. Never focus on zero sum output.
We need to be both incredibly impatient about progress, yet immensely patient about the market.
Upon entering a new market, we look at what would it be in five years, rather than what is it today.
For everything we do, we ask how could we take it 10x NOW? Why haven't it being done so already? And Do it. (Hint: It's actually 'easier' to do really hard things.)
We must win at all cost in space we compete. Losers never make history.
Conventional wisdom are most likely always incomplete, inefficient or plain wrong. That's why entrepreneurship exist at all. Do something that no one in this space has done.
"Everything around you that you call life, was made up by people that were no smarter than you.” - Steve Jobs
Measuring is everything, but expect metrics to constantly evolve.
It's all tempting to sugarcoat poor product, bad business or mock competitors. At the end of day, that kills us just faster. Face the brutal facts. Now you have the mental power to fix them.
Instead of questioning whether good design and quality contribute to bottom line, we firmly believe they are intrinsically valuable on their own.
Growth will fix rest of the problems. Ask for forgiveness, not permission.
The hardest thing in the world is to unlearn things and have a beginner's mind. The velocity of self disruption is our only sustainable advantage in the long-term.
